To share a database with other users simply copy the database and send as any other file.
| • | Use Windows Explorer to locate the file. |
| • | In Windows XP highlight the file with the mouse and right click. |
ZIP It
NOTE: Some email programs will not accept an attachment if it is not zipped. Therefore, it may be necessary to ZIP the database to email it.
If you are using Windows XP:
| • | Use Windows Explorer to locate the file. |
| • | In Windows XP highlight the file with the mouse and right click. |
| • | Select COMPRESSED (zipped) FOLDER |
| • | A file with the same name and with the zip extension will be created in the same directory. For example, My Database.SDB will be saved as My Database.ZIP |
| • | Highlight the file with the mouse and right click. |
If you have created a Setup Shooter List using the database that you are sharing do not forget to also send the list.
