Compatible Setups

The AES Setup Shooter works with many different instrument models. Since it is possible to save setups from multiple instrument models into the same database, it is important to consider the consequences. Setups from different instrument models and versions are not compatible.

It might be possible to share setups between same instrument model within the following groups of firmware version:

Group 1

Less the version 5

Group 2

Less than version 6

Group 3

Less than version 7

Group 4

Less than version 8

For example, a Fluke 192 version 5.01 is likely to be compatible with Version 5.02.

NOTE: Color (C) and non-color instruments can not share setups.

CAUTION: Sending setups from different model instrument can result in undesirable results.
