To duplicate an annotation:

 

1.Select the annotation to duplicate
2.From the main menu select ANNOTATION | DUPLICATE.

Uniformity

Creating circled letters or numbers\

 

1.Create the first one
2.Select duplicate
3.Select to Edit the duplicate to change to the next letter (or number).
4.Position duplicate

Compounds

Combine to or more annotations to make a new style.

 

1.Create the annotation
•In this case Rectangle with arrow
2.Right click and the Annotation Pop-up menu appears.
3.Select DUPLICATE
4.An exact duplicate will now be on top of the original.

5.Position the mouse cursor over the yellow box at the arrow point.
6.Hold down the left mouse button and drag to a new location
