| 1. | Select the annotation to edit |
| 2. | Select from the main menu ANNOTATION | EDIT or right click the annotation and the Annotation menu will pop up. |
| 3. | Select EDIT and the Annotation Properties dialog will open. |
| 4. | Note that all attributes including the text can be changed but not the bubble style. |
| 5. | Make changes as desired and press OK. |
Note that after an edit the length of the main box of the annotation will resize to fit the text.
