A report can be printed from each screen. Following are the different possible reports when selecting FILE | PRINT:
From the Browse screen
You have the option to print a database reference report and/or a record detail.
| • | The database reference report prints the main fields, excluding the memo field, and the record number of all records. |
| • | A record detail report includes all of the data related to the selected record including the screen. |
From the Capture screen
Prints the current record detail including the screen.
From the Arrange Screen
Prints a reference to all of the records and their positions in the Arrange Setup Memory grid. This is followed by a detail report of each record in the grid.
Fields to Printout Relationship
When entering data into for a new setup that will be saved to the database or when modifying the field names of the database, keep in mind the relationship between the fields and the print layout.
The main page caption is the first field. Test Name
The sub-caption is the second field: Test Type
