The Supplied Databases

The AES Setup Shooter comes with multiple automotive databases. The setups of each database were captured using different Scopemeter Models. This is necessary since the setups between models are not compatible.

Sample Database Location

The supplied sample databases are located in the SS Data program subdirectory.

About the Sample Databases

The filenames of the sample databases include the model and version number of  instrument that was used to create it.

For example:

If you are using a Fluke 192B select:  AES SS 192B Version 7.sdb

About the Sample Database Setups

The setups in the sample databases are for automotive electronic system testing. Most setups are generic, meaning that a setup for an Injector - Frequency Modulated will work for most vehicles.

Using the Automotive Setups for Automotive Testing

The setups or information provided with the setups are not intended as a diagnostic guide.  Since the creators of this program or its resellers can not control the application of this information the sole responsibility is yours.
