To Export a Complete Record

The AES Setup Shooter makes it easy to export a Setup Record. Easily share a record, email a record, or transfer a record to a different database.

 

NOTE: Exported records use the SSD extension (MyExportedRecord.ssd).

 

1.Select a record from the Browse and Select screen.

Export a complete Setup Record only works from the Browse and Select screen.

2.Highlight the desired Record to export.
3.From the main menu select FILE | EXPORT STUP RECORD AS.... |
•FILE

Opens the File Save As Dialog. Select a location and file name. 

 

•EMAIL ATTACHMENT

Saves the Setup to a temporary record and attaches it to an email.

NOTE: Must have a MAPI compliment email program such as MS Outlook.        

 

 

To Export Record Entries as Text

 
1.Select a record at the Browse and Select screen.
2.Select EDIT RECORD. The Edit screen will open.
3.Select FILE | SAVE AS and the file save as dialog will open.
4.Select to save record entries as text.

 

 

To Export a Screen

To export the screen as a graphic select to copy or save as.
